Important Notice Regarding the Temporary Suspension of Affected Websites
Thank you for using the websites managed by The Council of Local Authorities for International Relations (CLAIR).
As reported by various media outlets, critical security vulnerabilities have recently been identified in the programming language, PHP. These
vulnerabilities may allow unauthorized remote code execution, potentially leading to data theft, website defacement, system compromise, and other serious security risks.
In addition, cybersecurity authorities, including the Innovation Platform Agency (IPA) of Japan, have advised that where security patches cannot be applied immediately, operators should consider temporarily suspending affected websites as a precautionary measure.
In order to ensure the security of our systems and protect our information assets, CLAIR has temporarily suspended the following websites.
